I woke up this morning, February 27, 2026, as many of you did and heard the U.S. and Israel bombed Iran last night. The news reminded me again the fateful events of November 4, 1979 when the Iranians stormed the U.S. Embassy holding the Embassy staff hostage; many of them for 444 days.

That’s a day many of us shall never forget!
