Sad to see such an icon demolished. 583, the old Franklin building, still stands. That was my first project at ESY back in 1986. I still think there should be a Texas Historical Interst sign stating something like:
On this site, from the 1960’s to the early 2000’s, incredibly talented and dedicated professionals designed, developed, tested, and delivered leading edge technology to the United States Government that helped win the Cold War.
