While we are on the subject of change, be advised that the IH-635/LBJ Freeway rework that we have endured for a number of years is now officially complete, with the ribbon cutting held a couple of weeks ago. All the (re)work has now moved further south to the Hwy 80 interchange and beyond. If you have not taken the opportunity to drive the new concrete, this would be a good time, since the new Express lanes are supposedly free until the end of the month.
